We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak party seasons. Most clients book anywhere from 2–8 weeks in advance, but we understand that sometimes celebrations come together quickly! If your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway—we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule allows.

Yes! Stay Feisty Event Co. proudly serves the South Bay and surrounding Los Angeles areas. We love bringing the party wherever it's needed, whether that's a backyard birthday, a beachside celebration, a corporate event, or a special venue.
Travel within our standard service area is included. Events outside of our service area may be subject to a travel fee based on distance and setup requirements. Contact us with your event location, and we'll be happy to provide a custom quote.

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date and reserve your spot on our calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your event date, as outlined in your service agreement.
Because we accept a limited number of events each week, your date is not considered booked until the retainer has been received and your contract has been signed.

We know weather can be unpredictable, especially for outdoor events. If inclement weather is expected, we'll work with you to discuss backup plans and alternative setup options whenever possible.
For outdoor events, it is the client's responsibility to secure a suitable indoor or covered backup location if needed. While we'll do everything we can to accommodate weather-related adjustments, the safety of our team, equipment, and décor is always our top priority.

Yes! Professional setup is included with all of our décor services so you can relax and enjoy your event without worrying about the details.
Tear down is available for select services and may be included or added based on your event package, venue requirements, and timing. We'll go over all setup and pickup details during the booking process so there are no surprises.

From birthdays and baby showers to weddings, corporate events, and everything in between, we love bringing unique themes to life through custom balloon installations, backdrops, signage, and event styling.
No two events are the same, and we believe your celebration should be just as unique as you are.

Yes! Once your event is over, the balloons are yours to enjoy. Depending on the environment and weather conditions, balloon installations can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
To help them last as long as possible, we recommend keeping them indoors and away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and sharp objects. Please note that balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed once the installation has been delivered and accepted.

Hiring Stay Feisty Event Co. for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
